TITANBAR – Lifetime Warranty

1.What the Warranty Covers 
TITANBAR offers a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects and wear from normal use of the bar itself. The following components are covered: 

• Outer and inner bar
• Foam handles
• Locking mechanisms
• Rotating eye nut

2. What the Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not apply to:

• Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
• Damage caused by modification or abnormal use
• Resistance bands – considered consumables, covered by a 6-month warranty under normal use
• Accessories – such as the bag and door anchor are not covered by the lifetime warranty
• Damage caused by use in non-recommended environments (e.g., outdoor use in rain, desert conditions, etc.)

3. What Does "Lifetime Warranty" Mean?
“Lifetime” refers to the expected lifespan of the product under normal use – not the customer's lifetime. For TITANBAR, this is defined as 10 years, provided it is stored and maintained properly

4. How to Claim Your Warranty
To make a claim:

• Contact us at support@titanbar.no with a description, photos, and proof of purchase
• We will review your case within 7 business days
• If approved, we will repair, replace, or ship a new product at no cost to you

5. Validity
Warranty is valid only with a legitimate original receipt
